  • What lengths and shapes are available?
    • All sets are available in short coffin, medium coffin, medium square, and long stiletto.
  • When can I expect my nails to get to me?
    • Once payment is  processed, your order will begin it’s journey. Three sets or less will be a 2 day turnaround plus shipping. Four or more sets will be a 4 day turnaround plus shipping.  
  • What comes in my order?
    • Application Instructions
    • Mini nail glue
    • Sticky tabs (to use instead of glue)
    • 2 alcohol prep pads
    • Mini file/buffer
    • Reusable cuticle pusher
  • Will I get a tracking number?
    • Yes, you will get a tracking number once the set is completed.
  • What sizes are available?
    • All standard sizes are available and are as follows (from thumb to pinky):
      • XSmall: 3,6,5,7,9
      • Small: 2,5,4,6,9
      • Medium: 1,5,4,6,8
      • Large: 0,4,3,5,7
    • In addition to standard sizes, custom sizes are also available.
  • How do I know what sizes I wear?
    • See the picture below.
  • How do I order custom sizes?
    • On the product page, in the “Size” drop box select the option called “Custom”
    • On the checkout page, there is a checkbox labeled “Add a note to your order” – once checked, you will be able to enter your custom sizes in the text box. Please label each nail (e.g. Thumb- 14 mm or Thumb- size 3)

Once your order is placed, it will take 2 days to complete. When I have completed an order, I will contact you with a tracking number and ESTIMATED date of arrival. 

 

All shipments will be handled through UPS, US Postal Service or FedEx. You will be informed on which it is. 

 

Deliveries are usually completed within a few days. Once handed off to the carrier, I have no more knowledge of it’s whereabouts than what a tracking number can provide. Please do not contact us with tracking/delivery issues, as we cannot help you – please contact the carrier.

All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges.

If your package gets lost and you have already contacted the carrier, contact us to resolve the issue.

IF, and ONLY IF, nails are defective, please contact us for a resolution.
